This instrument is a great tool to use to keep track of your body fat %. There are approximately 10 profiles that you can save at any given time. It's also very easy to use. Every gym that I've gotten my body fat percentage checked has one. I would recommend.

I wanted something I could use to help me know I'm on-track with my lifestyle change. The scale doesn't always show quick results when you're building muscle but also losing fat. I wanted something that showed the fat was disappearing more than the pounds.

The first time and second time I used this equipment was in the gym. I would not said this equipment is completely accurate on all the numbers.But as the numbers of weight and height you entered, it at least give you a estimated on your BMI, which people calculated by formula most of the time. If this is used to give yourself an idea to keep on track, this is not a bad equipment, but if you are looking for accurate fat%, this might not do all the work.

Bought this to stay on top of my fitness goals!! This product helps me keep more accurate measurements and track my progress. Easy to use, I would recommend this over a scale to anyone trying to get into shape.

I think this gadget is great. I use it a couple of times a week to monitor my fat loss also gives you your body mass index . Comes with good instructions and good health guidlines. Better than those scales or a good addition since this is portable.

It's easy to use and straight forward. There's memory for regular users so that you do not have to re-input variables, but if you're a on transformation change, the memory is merely only useful for you to remember what your weight and such the last time you measured your BF% and BMI.

Very handy body fat analyzer. I know it is not the most accurate method but I use it to see trends. Very easy to use and stores user profile so I do not have to input my data each time.

This product is OK I do not know about the accuracy but if you use it regular it will provide a good base line and you can go from there! For the price you cannot beat it and this is what they use at 24 hour fitness....

I works great, easy to use and carry on with you, the only thing is the assembly quality and weight it a loo light for me, need more weight to gain a little stability, besides that, perfect.

I purchased the Omron body fat monitor to see where I stand with my body fat and to guide me on my progress to a healthy life. The monitor is easy to set up. It has an internal memory which allows several people to save their data for future uses without having to input the weight, height, gender, athletic ability, and age every time. I highly recommend the Omron body fat monitor. I use it along with a scale, athletic performance, and blood work to gauge my physical health.

My wife and I have been working out with a long term goal in mind. We each set our own profile with our details. The results which probably aren't 100% accurate, seemed as though they were still very close. It's a tool we can use once or twice a month to check progress.

It seems to get your body fat percentage close. I don't know all of the factors that impact the reading but sometimes it will go in the opposite direction of what I expected. I think to use it as an average over a period of time is fairly accurate without worrying about day to day results.
