Since leaving General Hospital as Jordan Ashford, actress Vinessa Antoine’s career has taken off in both in her native Canada, and here in the U.S. And tonight, Vinessa starts her guest arc on the hit ABC drama, Grey’s Anatomy, which coincidentally shoots on the same lot as GH.
Antoine appears in tonight’s Thursday, November 21st episode, entitled, “Drop It Like It’s Hot.” At the epicenter of the story, the staff at Grey Sloan are struggling with an overflow of incoming patients during a dangerous heatwave.
On her Instagram, Vinessa was seen being carted to the set with ‘Grey’s’ favorite, Anthony Hill in the back seat. Hill plays Dr. Winston Ndugu, and in the teasers for tonight’s episode, it shares that Dr. Ndugo will be facing a challenging surgery alongside Dr. Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone). Could Antoine be the patient or an ex of Winston’s?

While Antoine did not give away the part she played, she did tease while being seated in a Grey’s Anatomy directors chair, “Tonight would be a really good night to watch Grey’s Anatomy. And maybe the episode after that too. And the one after that. Well, you get the idea. 😘”
Soap fans first came to know Vinessa when she was the original actress cast in the part of GH’s Jordan Ashford back in 2014. She left the show in 2018, and then went on to star in the CBC legal drama Diggstown. In addition, Antoine has been working consistently in guest star roles on dramas such as The Resident, and recurring roles on Ginny & Georgia and So Help Me Todd. Recently, she was seen in the starring role of Mia Coleman in the time travel thriller, Plan B.
Several of Vinessa’s GH co-stars shared their enthusiasm for her ‘Grey’s’ debut, including, Finola Hughes (Anna) who wrote: “Our favorite dance too!!! Don’t you dare be on@greysabc 😉😉😉 haha! Can’t wait 😘”
Grey’s Anatomy airs Thursdays at 10pm ET/PT on ABC.

Men’s Health Mexico has a new cover man and its none other than former General Hospital star Nicholas Alexander Chavez (ex-Spencer Cassadine), who’s performance in Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story has catapulted him to worldwide fame.
Chavez is featured in the December/January 2025 issue of the magazine and digital version exclusively for Men’s Health Mexico and Latin America. In it, Nicholas discusses how he got in to weight training and working out to transform his body and his rise to success, along with several photos in the spread.
The young actor spoke on how life has changed since leaving General Hospital as Spencer Cassadine at the beginning of 2024, “It’s a paradigm shift. I know there are many talented artists out there who never get an opportunity like the one I’ve been given and I feel very grateful. Knowing that your peers respect your work gives you the confidence to take even bigger risks in artistic terms. That definitely contributed to me daring to audition for a Ryan Murphy project.”

In Monsters, and also in Ryan Murphy’s FX series, Grotesquerie (where he is featured as Father Charlie Mayhew), Chavez had the opportunity to test both his acting skills and his physique.
Nick shared how he got into working out religiously with Men’s Health Mexico, “I started taking it seriously about two years ago. Although I grew up playing sports, the training I do now is very different from anything I had experienced. When I started, I weighed about 77 kg and in the first four months I gained 15 more. I wanted to build a physique from which I could go up or down depending on the role. The idea is that the body is another tool to tell stories.”
Nick also said he enjoys working out like he does the challenges of acting, expressing, “Knowing that I can do hard things gives me a lot of confidence. Having the ability to face the difficulties that arise is something that can shape the kind of person and artist you are. That is why training interests me so much. I could say that it has become an obsession for me.”
So, are you going to check out Nicholas in his feature story for Men’s Health Mexico? At present, Chavez is clocking in with 1.8million Instagram followers following his breakout role in ‘Monsters’ as Lyle Menendez. What do you think of his rocket to fame thus far? Comment below.

Now that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) has finally come back to life after four years lying comatose, she has some major obstacles in front of her. Not only is Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), her mother’s half-brother, trying to silence her, but we still don’t know what Lulu fully remembers, and from the sounds of it in a new interview with Alexa Havins, she may be stuck in 2020.
Speaking with Soap Opera Digest, Alexa spoke about her return to ABC daytime. The former All My Children actress, where she played Babe Carey Chandler from 2003-2007, shared how she gleaned insight into the role of Luke (Tony Geary) and Laura’s (Genie Francis) daughter and how she prepped for her General Hospital debut.
Alexis recalled that she spoke with GH EP Frank Valentini, casting director, Mark Teschner and co-head writers, Elizabeth Korte and Chris Van Etten, all about Lulu’s history: “They were filling me in overall about where she is in her relationships. That, to me, was a priority – where was she with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna)? Where was she with Tracy (Jane Elliot)? Where is she with Laura?”

Then, Havins revealed, “Because in Lulu’s mind (given that she’s been unconscious for nearly four years), she is picking up right where she left off.” That means that soon, she will see that everyone has moved on with their lives but she is stuck in 2020. Will she believe she is still married to Dante?
As her storyline kicks-off, Alexa added, “I feel like there’s so much to explore with Lulu, so many places to go. She’s got to pick up the pieces. How does she move forward? Where is her heart, what is her love going to be other than her children and her family? I’m excited to find out where the writers take me.”
Will Lulu remember her entire life before the blast that took her out for years? Share your thoughts via the comment section below.

Order in the court! The action for the week of November 25th on General Hospital will feature the highly-anticipated legal battle between Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), with Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) father, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) as Ava’s attorney. In the just released ABC promo for this week, Ric is taken a bit off-guard when his half-brother, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) shows up in the courtroom in support of his daughter, Kristina.
Once on the witness stand, Kristina says, “I’m ready to talk about what Ava did to me.” As viewers know, Kristina blames Ava for the death of her baby following the confrontation in Ava’s hotel room at the Metro Court Hotel, when Kristina crashed through the hotel window and landed in the pool. For months, Kristina has wanted revenge on Ava. Will she finally get it, or will she be in for a rude-awakening with the very clever, Ric Lansing, ready to take her testimony down?
In the video teaser, Ric comes at Kristina on the stand and says, “Why are you lying?” That moment stuns Kristina while Ava looks on. Elsewhere in Port Charles, Lulu (Alexa Havins) is MIA! After waking up from a coma for the last four years and trying to stay one step ahead of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), no one can locate her. Might James (Gary James Fuller) come upon Lulu on the grounds of the Quartermaines? Meanwhile, Michael (Chad Duell) hears damning evidence against Drew (Cameron Mathison)! What will he do with the information?
